Acupuncture Menstrual Migraines, Tennis Elbow, Herniated Disc/Neck Pain, Stress Reduction, Plantar Fasciitis

I had suffered with migraines for approximately 3 years. They occurred every 21 days and lasted for approximately 6 days. Nothing seemed to work. Medicine only “took the edge off” and having four young children at home, I was desperate for relief. I went to see Carole upon the advice of my sister-in-law, who is a registered nurse. After only 5 visits, I felt like a new person! Not only did she reset my cycle, but my migraines went away. This was unbelievable and gave me a new lease on life! It has been almost fourteen years now, and I have not had a migraine since.

Fast forward a few years and I developed “tennis elbow”. I was taking anti-inflammatories with little relief. I decided to go see Carole and after 3 treatments, I was no longer wearing my brace. The pain was gone and I was able to resume normal activities.

In 2011, I learned that I had a herniated disc in my neck. I gave Carole a call and asked her if she thought she could help me. Needless to say, I made an appointment for that week and after several visits, my neck pain was relieved. Once again, I was so grateful for Carole’s help!

When I was going through my divorce, I was under a lot of stress. I decided to go see Carole and she definitely helped reduce the stress that I was feeling. Acupuncture certainly relaxed me through that difficult time!

Last year I decided to start going to see Carole once a month because I enjoyed the calming benefit that I received. For me, it is more relaxing than a massage. Each month, Carole would ask me if anything was bothering me. In March, I happened to mention to Carole that I had plantar fasciitis in my right foot. This was something that bothered me for 11 years and I had just learned to live with it. Carole stated that she could work on my foot and after one treatment; my plantar fasciitis was no longer an issue! I couldn’t believe that I hadn’t thought of asking Carole to work on this problem sooner! Once again, I was extremely grateful!

Carole is a wonderful care giver! Acupuncture has definitely worked for me and I have referred many friends and family to Carole! I can’t express enough gratitude to this wonderful lady!
